The website has an easy to use icon menu, and a calender that displays any overdue assignments, or upcoming due dates. The only change in the branding of Mytech has been the addition of black, which is to link the site closer to the Wintec site, that uses yellow and black as the brand colours.

 

The new design considers the Wintec students needs, such as displaying the amount of printing money they have, and having the option to add more. The home page has all the main information that the student needs on a regular basis, such as weekly installments of module information, overdue library books, personal timetables and results. Since there can be alot of content, there is a second menu that leads the viewer to a point down the page.

 

The Edit details page allows the student to enter all relavant contact information, so tutors can reach them in the most convenient way.

 

A Contact page contains all the contact details a student could need, with the most important information at the top, most accessable part of the page.

 

The map has been redesigned to be easier to read, without clutter and an easy to use menu system. The colours, icons and text style match the rest of the website so it integrates within the site.
